Piggly Wiggly Deals - October 14-20, 2009

It's a great week at Piggly Wiggly this week!!  There are two different  things to take note of, the first is the 4 Day Fall Harvest Sale that goes from Oct. 15-18 and then there is the Smucker's Fall Baking Specials.  I will start with the regular items first, then do the Harvest Sale, and end with a couple of scenerios for the Smucker's Sale.  You can only do one Smuckers per purchase, but I recommend doing it twice if you need more.  Just use separate purchases.  Every time I have done this at PW, they seem to be used to it, so I know I'm not the only one.  Here goes!

• 8-lb. Bag Russet Potatoes - $.99
• General Mills Cereal - $1.49 when you buy 4 (for some reason, there seems to be no GM coupons right now - $1.49 a box is still a great deal - I would just love to get more off it! - there are some printables here  for $1/2, so you could take the ad and the printables to Wal-mart and have them match it and it would be $3.96/4 or $.99 each!)
• FC  Large Eggs - $.69/ad coupon
• FC Butter - $.99 w/ ad coupon
• Chicken Leg Quarters - $.89/lb.
• Malt-O-Meal Cereal - 2/$3 - $.50 MC (from in-store pull) - $.50MC = $2/2 or $1 each
• Kemp's Sour Cream - 2/$3 - $.65/2 =  $2.35/2 or $1.18 each
• Old Orchard Frozen Juice or Juice Blends - 10/$10 - $1/4 MC or 4/$3 or $.75 each
• FC Yogurt - 3/$.99
• FC Brown & white sugar - $.99
• FC 4-lb. Sugar - $1.49

Fall Harvest Sale - Oct. 15-18 Only!

• Apples - $.99/3 lb.
• Hershey's, Mars or Nesle Fun Size Candy Bars - $1.89 -$1/2 = $$2.78/2 or $1.33 each ( $1/3 MC available also)
• Edy's Ice Cream  - $2.49 - $2/2 =  $2.98/2 or $1/49 each
• Indian Summer Apple Juice or Cider - $2.49/gallon
• 7-up or Dr. Pepper products - 4/$10 or $2.50 each
• Klement's Brats - BOGO - $.50 in-store pull - $.50 = $2.99/2 or $1.50 each (They were $3.99 last I was there)

Smucker's Fall Baking Specials:
Transaction #1:

• 6 Carnation Evaporated Milk - $.99 - $.50/2 MC = $1.48/2 or $.74 Each
• 2 Nestle Toll House Morsels - $1.99 - $1/2 MC = $2.98/2 or $1/49 each
• 8 Red Star Yeast - $.99 - $.75/2 MC = $1.23/2 or $.62 each
• Pilsbury Flour 5 lb. - $1.29
• FC Marshmallows - $.79
• FC Coconut Flakes - $.79

Total before coupons: $20.71 - $7MC - $5 Smuckers = $8.71!!!

Transaction # 2 (Baking Stock-up):

• 4 Pillbury Flour - $2.58
• 4 Pillsbury Cake Mix - $4
• 2 Jiff Peanut Butter - $3.98
• Crisco Oil - $2.99
• FC Vanilla - $1.99
• Baker's Baking Chocolate - $1.99

Total = $20.11 - $5 Smuckers = $15.11 or $1.16 each
